oh GOSH,
Tammy ... being the caregiver is an 'angelic' position to be in .. and it hurts so much when you need some care (I know.. been where you are with my mom) ... I didn't consider it angelic - but, I let her enjoy her days ... and to this day (over 13 years) I still get 'that' feeling that I 'dun good' ... altho at the time - I thought my life was non-existent to be there for her ... but, all is well .. and now, I'm where she was - and now I KNOW what the caregiver goes thru ...
is there a friend or family member that you can just 'dump' on?? if not - PM me just to unload ... you need to do things for YOU too .. that's what I didn't do ... and was bitter for about 4 years afterwards and didn't know how to socialize with my friends or relatives....
remember - that's why we are here .. because we DO care about each other! (HUGS)
ps - I'm far from perfect or have all the answers ... but, I continue to learn ...
