I wonder if I can say that TALKING about IT (suicide) is the most important thing you can do....I did not talk about my son's suicide for 8 years!! I was just stuck in an awful place because if you can't talk about their death, you also can't talk about their life. Talking helps to heal us....it's hard but it's necessary.

I wonder if I can say that we don't judge people in this forum and we are here to listen, to learn and to help hold each other up.....
