Default My Daily Program of Antioxidants

Hi,
ZucchiniFlower( I grew zucchini on my farm ...nice flower) and others have asked me to outline my daily program. I hope some are encouraged to experiment as I am doing.
The importance of recording changes in symtoms hourly and sticking to a program for at least 7 days before changing is vital as far as I have found out. The graph I trace at the bottom of the page of my diary is most helpfull to me as I can then compare day to day results.

Daily Program B

Medication 1/2 Sinemet 250/25 five times a day

Antioxidants (with Ref Code)

co enzyme Q10 (400mg capsule) code= Q
Vitamin E (1000iu capsule) code = E
Vitamin D (1000iu capsule) code = D
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid 2000mg) code = C
Omega 3 Fish oil ( 1000mg capsules) code = 03
DHEA (3mg tablet) code = DH
Ginko Biloba (7500 complex capsule) code = G
Alpha lioic acid (200mg tablet0 code = ALA
Melatonin ( 3mg tablet) code = M
Acetyl-L-Carnitine (1/2 spoon in water) code = ALC

On my A4 Daily Diary I then record my program together with an observation factor scale 1 to 10 at the right side for Eyesight =E, Cognitive =C, Mobility =M, Shaky = S, Dizzy = D and Vitality = V.
I also show a sleep factor for the previous night = PNS

This can program of mine can only be a guide for you as no two with PD have exactly the same symptoms.
Some ideas you may consider. I set my calendar alarm on my Mobile for the 5 times of the day I take medications, store the 5 lots in small containers and when away from home take the appropriate ones and always carry a bottle of water.That's all I can think of for the moment.
