[COLOR="Purple"]Hi,
Yes ma'am you can get RSD from anything, even the most superficial of things. Given your symptoms it does appear that the possibility of RSD is very strong. What you want to do is go to your doctor, let him know of ALL that is going on with you and ask him/her if they are familiar with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, if they are not, see if they can refer you to a pain management doctor who is. It is VERY important to have a doctor who is familiar with RSD and can HELP you cope with it. Never settle for a doctor who doesn't know anything or not much about RSD just because you "like" them....you are only hurting yourself when you do that. If your doctor does not know anyone who is familiar with RSD, let your fingers do some walking, do NOT sacrifice yourself!! Keep your mind strong and remember, with RSD the pain is not real it is REAL!!!! So if your mind isn't strong enough to handle it you will become depressed quickly and be mad at the world. Take some time daily to just sit in silence and breathe deep with your eyes closed and try best you can to relax, I know it is one of the hardest things you will do right now, but you have to convince yourself that you WILL make it through this. I hope this helps you out some, and please keep us posted on the outcome, and how you are doing as well.
Love, Peace & Blessings,
Marla
