That sounds odd - my neuro only wants to hear the new symptoms, not the old ones. I guess so he can check progression. I store them up and tell him about the new ones every time I have an appointment. But typically I don't bother calling the neurologist every time I have a new symptom - or I'd be calling them up every day!
