Dodi is spot on about the nature of colloid cysts--and the fact that far few doctors recognize them, inasmuch as they are not always symptomatic. When they are, though, it can be like a bolt from the blue.
I think you should find a neurologist anyway--one who knows something about the condition--even if a watch and wait stance is being taken.
