Hi sad,

and welcome. You will find many great and caring members here. We are great listeners.

I just missed you in the chat room.

First off, a wise person once told me to try not to put so much pressure on yourself about being sad all the time. You do not need the guilt on top of being sad or pressure to be something you are not right now for the sake of others.

So give yourself permission to be sad for as long as your want. There is no shame in it sweetie. Sometimes its what we need.

And sometimes everything can become so overwhelming so try to break things down into little pieces to try to cope. I know I have too.

Now lets take things one at a time. Have you seen a doctor and talked to them about this? Has a doc done any blood test lately to check for things that can throw your mood off like autoimmune problems or hormones?

I am including a link to one of our forums for you if you need to talk further.

But lets concentrate on you to see how we can make this better. We have lots of people that will want to help you. You are safe here.
