Task Force Moose Protocol:
Retreat: Pull away and push back from what is wearing you down. Identify the problems. Focus on them one at a time. Find a positive solution to it, or just let it go.
Regroup: Come up with a plan to help yourself. First of all, forgive yourself. Then realize that there are programs out there to help you.

Put that plan into action.
None of these steps are to be rushed. You didn't get this way overnight. The solution is going to take time. Regardless of everything else, know this:
