Several months ago I was tightly caught between a rock and a hard place. A very wise man said "retreat, regroup, and reload".  That is my advise to you my friend.
I know you can beat this. Will it be easy? No, but a lot of people are standing here with me, and all of us are standing beside you.  We will help you get through this.
