I think honest communication is NECESSARY with this disease as nothing is cookie cutter about it. Everyone is different and what works for one person, may make another very unwell.

The reason so many people stay at any forum is because of the good people they meet and the exchanges of information (and other communication) that are permitted/encouraged. You take those two things away, and people will eventually go looking elsewhere.

I am glad many friends have been able to meet up here, and that you've found a place where freedom of speech is respected.
