i made mashed cauliflower. it really is pretty good. just watch the liqued. you don't always need as much as it says or you end up with soup.
i have a hard time having the food inthehouse that i shouldn't eat. any other time, i don't even think aboutit being there. if i tell myself i am on a diet and cant' have it..it's all i think about. like certain chocolate pretzels....
