I still have not stepped on the scale.

I love to cook, bake and experiment with recipes.

I've been eating Weight Watchers lunch and dinner. Taste ok, but not mine

It's almost 8pm, no snacks at all. I'm hungry. This is not easy!!!!!

Red Wine, popcorn, how cruel!!!!
