I needed the zanaflex for muscle spasms and the benadryl for my sinus.

I ended up waiting about 4 hours and then taking the benadryl.
I waited until I was extremely miserable from sinus pressure. Couldn't stand it anymore, then got up and took the benadryl.

I slept good

I'm a bit dizzy headed this morning but that could just be from my sinus's.
