That was fantastic - think I need to go find that book. I notice that since my head injury 6 and half years ago I have gradually started thinking in some of those ways mentioned. Whereas pre injury I just took it for granted that I could do anything and do everything well. It is amazing how quickly your way of thinking can get into a pattern.
