shoveling is big time exercise in my book.

well, this morning wasn't a pretty picture.
i gained 3lbs
i just can't believe that it can take me wks to lose it and only overnite to gain it.

i'm roasting a chicken now and will have that for the rest of the wk.
i also showered, and vacuumed and napped. i'm really wiped. but i'm also glad i can pull all that off.

i walked too. only 5". too much standing makes my legs weak.
it's a good thing cindy changed her avatar or we'd be here all yr.
