That's a good point and thank you for reminding me that I wanted to state that I'm working on getting clarification for the terms used in the TOU and the applicable guideline (i.e. sexual oriented, obscene, vulgar and profane).

I think that so much of this issue does come down to personal preference, what one considers acceptable, or many other things that form our opinions of this discussion. Because of that, clarification and understanding of those terms in relation to the expectations of discussion for this site is needed.
