Like Mike, I do yoga. But not like I need an hour a day. Whatever I can handle, 5 minutes. It's a huge help. I too like child's pose - dog pose is another good one. Stretch out that spine and then relax with a forward bend.
I'm a big baby about exercise so I only do stuff if it's fun.
I also swim in the summer - heated pool mmmmm!
Another quick fix - exercise ball. I like to roll my back over that gently.
