Hang in there Momz,
No wc claim gets settled quickly esp a tricky one like TOS.

your atty should have the records of that dr visit when you had to quit because of the pain -and because dr said NOT to drive - correct?

Many times my dr had to fax my new restrictions to employer so they would be in effect for the next day I had to go to work- it gave the HR lady time to find stuff for me to do.

Plus only 2 weeks at @6 hrs a weeks would not cause much more damage on top of what you already had from the other job.
your' atty should use that angle if it is a real problem.

But they look for any little thing to drag the case out and prolong it - hoping you will give up and just go away.

You don't really want them to win do you?

I know it is very rough.....
My "simple" claim took 2.5 yrs to close.

we have so many that have been thru the w/c wringer and still are going thru it 2,3,4+ years.
