Sexual discussion is fine in context. If people with sexual disorders are discussing said sexual disorders, that's fine. If people are having a frank discussion about difficulty with sexual performance in a thread so-labeled, that's fine. If people are turning an otherwise serious thread into one big sexual innuendo, that's not fine. The key here is context.
Sexual content is fine when it's related to a health issue or some other issue covered by this community. But when you have a choice about being explicit or subtle, I might suggest it will sit better if a person is more subtle in their descriptions and such.
We're all adults here. As long as the thread is labeled as talking about sex, that will allow others to avoid the thread if they are easily upset by such discussions. (Which is a good reminder, too, for ensuring you pick subject lines that mean something, and don't take other people's threads into different topic areas they never intended...)
