Hi everyone...

Just thought I would let everyone know that I am still here...I have had a lot going on lately - so I have not had as much time for the computer, which I guess can be a good thing. Although I did treat myself to a new laptop (a tablet) and a great lil lap desk that makes using the computer a bit easier.

I am working through a good round of physio lately. I had some reservations about it, it seemed a little intense, but I am listening to my body and making sure my healthcare providers are listening to me. Thats a battle that we all know is difficult to win! I am willing to share my current treatment with anyone who wants to hear about it.

Other than that pain is still my biggest enemy followed closely by numbness and muscle spasms. Waiting to see some more specialists and going for an ultrasound of a bump on my upper arm - doc figures it is a fat tumour or a cyst but better to get it checked out.

I will start lurking around more...I hope everyone is doing okay!
