Infrared and red laser therapy
Yesterday I ordered a low level laser it's a pain-x 2000 moddel under the name back light. I'm real excited about it, I'll let yall know how it works out.
BTW I have found using a therapy ball to sit on while I use the cumputer is a lot easier on my back and neck than using a chair.
