Jamy,

I have had major, pain med changes. My pain med doc switched me from oxy contin to methadone within a week, with Tizanidine, Ambien, Fiorecet and thyroid me. (I give this information only because I care about other people and their pain management problems, but do not waive my overall right to medical privace.)

Now there's something new I've put in that is totally non-pharmacy. Go to the pharmacist and ask if in his refrigerator if they have B12 sublingual and yeast lacto bacillus pills, also chew type. Take the b12 at every meal or 4 times per day, it is water soluble so if you take too much you just "pee it out" as a doc said, and the yeast pill take two a day, some take more.

This has helped with pain so much. The b12 is supposed to be hard to get enough of in regular food and is a big repairer of nerves and nerve pain.

God bless.
