WC is always taxing and it takes years to get it settled no matter how bad the injury. Like Hopealot says you have to decide if you will lose your job over it, if you are ok with that if you do, if you will win enough to make it worth wild along with getting insurance for Ali. Have you checked on disablility for her. I don't know how all of that works where you live but I was wondering what kind of disability they offer there along with something in the line of Medicaid to pay for her Dr. bills.
