she dose not have a heavy flow and yes she eats whole wheats grain and fiber but I think maybe it is hard to absorb. I will check out the link mrsd. thanks for the info.
and thanks for this help ya all. I eat meat so my dd has me in unfamiliar grounds. and the help is needed.
