Breakfast same oatmeal Select Grains with yogurt, oj, coffee
Went to PT
Lunch was quick, egg salad w/celery, oj, V8 Fusion. I had a conference call for legislation/activist day, it took all I could to not be heard crunching, shoveling my lunch down. Last call, I didn't eat,, bad call on my part

Since I had a good workout earlier, I vacuumed, took out fish for dinner.
Dinner, salad, flounder rolled in bread crumbs, smart balance omega 3, sprinkled with skim mozzarella, still waiting to eat that,,,
Still down 7 lbs, I think more, but haven't tried the scale today. that's for tomorrow
I don't have anything to throw away
, DH eats it
. He's sweating cause he's down to his last pop tart.
. I don't like them.
Feeling much better now, cold is gone
