Thanks,
I'm looking at the Palm TX. It seems to fit the bill except that it won't print directly to my printers. I'll have to dock it first. I'm finding this to be the case unless I go with a full fledged handheld computer, which is costly.

I'm aware of smart phones that can do all this but I don't want to pay a data plan to my service provider. I already have a Treo 650 (old, I know)

I wish I could create macros that would download and print Emails from a specific sender. And since I use Gmail, that's not possible that I know of.

I suppose I could use the TX and leave my messages on the server then downlaod a second time from my laptop. This would accomplish my goal of reading the Emails w/out having to be at my laptop all day.

I'm just trying to streamline my buisness. Emails (orders) come all day in the form of either a tiff or a pdf file via toll free internet faxing service. We download and print, then order from our supplier. I've thought about having the Emails redirected directly to our supplier but not all orders go to them, and I don't want them getting orders without us proofing them etc. Effectively, I sit in front of my laptop all day downloading orders.

There's got to be an easier way of doing this.
