I have been wondering the same thing. I haven't been dxd with anything other than RLS right now. My neuro has been mentioning Fibro and CFS, however, I have been wondering if that is because I have sx that she can't dx with anything else right now. I have 2 brain lesions and have been wondering about MS.

I have similar sx that you have and I too have been exercising the same way with the same outcome, YIKES! I have no pain, lots of sx, just no pain. That is the reason that I am thinking I don't fit into the Fibro or CFS category. I don't know, I am in Limbo right now and don't feel too comfortable having all these sx and no dx, but I guess that is how it goes.
