I am assuing you have been tested for Thryoid disorders?

Another thing to look at is estrogen deficiency. Have your sex hormones tested. If you are severly deficient in your sex hormones it can create some of these symptoms.

I just read a good book on estrogen deficiency by Dr Vliet.
