Default salicylate: Okay I need some pratical help

Hi everyone. I am trying to read the book my fibromyalgia doctor. Recommended.

And its good, but the one thing it says I have to get rid of in my household
items I use has this ingredient in it.

Well the thing is I am having trouble with this. I need a dry skin lotiion immediately for my hands and feet. And I can't make heads or tails of
my things that are in the house.

The only thing I'm sure of is that I probably should stay away from aloe,
and scented things, which lots of mine are. So I wont touch those till
I figure out how to clear them.

Anyone know if aveeno, is okay. Mine is anti-itch cream but it works
to just sooth things. Which right now would work for my feet. I also
have something if I can find it that they gave me in the hospital
which I'm sure is okay. But its lost in my mess.

First things for my skin and shampoo, and bodywash that would be safe.

Then I'll be ready for food.

Can you help me.

Donna
