I either bought it at Walgreens, or some place like Meijers. I've had
it since I started getting my allergy shots. But I bought a couple
of cheaper anti-itch creams, that I'm sure I can't use now.

And am I really glad I kept this one for when it was really bad.
I hate spending the kind of money I did on this one. SO I kept
a cheaper one in my purse so if I lost it then it was okay.

I've lost about 5, and this one stays either at home. Or in like
suitcases. But right now and it may stay that way I'm not
getting the shots.

So I can use this, and money isn't a issue is it turns out he puts
me on this drug that I need to get this particular ingredient out
of me and what I use.

So Mari, those sites I appreciate, and yes its in lots of foods.

I'm worried because I read tea on the list, its not something
I'm going to be able to give up till we solve some of the cough
issues. So I've got to find something I like that I can drink in
the tea family.

I was to chicken to see if hot chocolate is in there.
