Thanks Alffe, am so glad to be losing despite all else that is going on around me or within me to be honest. Nothing wrong with the world really...good place for frogs to be. 
Trying to drink my water Curious...am keeping a note to check off so I can remember to do it. Otherwise I forget.
Said I would get rid of scales(haven't done it yet) and have GOT TO! Couldn't resist them today so out they they go!!!!!! froggie
