Aw, too bad. My feet are very wide, with a narrow heel, and they're the best fit I've found in a winter boot.
Here's another suggestion:

"Grabbers" are little pads that heat up. I buy them by the dozen, and put them in my shoes in the morning on cold days and they last a lot of hours.
If your feet get very cold, they might be useful.
