Oh, I understand. I lost around 45 pounds over several years by being REALLY good and eating good things. But recently I have put almost all but 10 pounds of it back on.
The thing that bothers me is my weight gain has actually been in the past 18 months. More so over the past 9 month after my first bout of Optic Neuritis. I have to admit I am moving around a LOT slower than I was a couple of years ago.
Guess I will have to wait and see what happens.

I've been fighting the weight gain problem since being diagnosed in 2000.
