I lost 55 pounds last year and have kept it off for 8 months. However, I am not on Avonex or any of the MS medications. I do take Flexeril and Neurontin. I find it easy to maintain my weight, now. But, right after being diagnosed I managed to gain 40 pounds! I tell ya, I certainly was not a happy camper.
