Every one seems to have more energy on B12 except me.
My B12 levels are good and I take sublingual B12 daily. I have a peripheral neuropathy as a result of a B12 deficiency.
I have lost quite a bit of weight in the past year. So, I know this lethargy is not connected to weight. Must be my MS.
