How much Curcumin per day is found to be benifical? Do you take it through out the day? Could you list your daily meds and suppliments?
My daily meds are Sinemet-25/100-4xd
Curcumin-500-2xd
Co-Q10-200mg-1xd
Vit E-600iu-1xd
Fish oil
Multi-vitimine
