Okay was up at 6:30am

Had breakfast back to my oatmeal and granola.

Am out of granola so will have to just have oatmeal aehile now.

Milk, water, pills, and Hot Chocolate.

Now I'll be gone today and this evening. But will be eating healthy.

Finally got started doing pretty good staying on. Just once in a while
venturing off my routine.
