Thanks for your reply. Glad to hear that your symptoms are better. I wish I had a good leg massage before bed - I need to send my husband for training!!

Yours actually seem quite mild, so don't worry too much! At least you know about the compulsivity and you can stop the medication if you feel problematic behaviours developing.

I can't take them now, but my symptoms have decreased in recent years. They still disturb my sleep but not as severely. I am doing a special yoga, having acupuncture and taking some Chinese herbs and that all seems to help too.
