Here's the patent info. I guess technically its not gluten, since its wheat straw? Does the straw have gluten? Or is it just whats left over after the grain's been removed? Its more likely to be derived of corn...since we have a surplus of corn and corn byproducts and need to get rid of them someway (making them edible is the most logical choice.) but...IMHO its important to know that the possibility exists.
