Hi Friends,
I feel clear headed tonight. 'Not sure if it was the chinese dr or the 20 min walk.

It's an amazing feeling not to have brain fog. And it will be tempting to stay up all night now that I feel good for the first time in a loooooog time.

Earlier I went to Kmart for bathroom mats and some t-shirts.
A friend is coming over to take some empty boxes off our hands for her move at the end of the month. She can help me decide if I need to return the t-shirts.
