There is a very well known australian PT named David Butler. He wrote a textbook on nerve entrapments and central nervous system changes from pain called The Senstive Nervous System(www.noigroup.com). Peter Edgelow, a well known US TOS PT trained with him.

I don't know if Butler sees patients, but you should be able to find someone trained in his methods.

I did meet an australian with TOS and he stated the australian PT's are much better trained on average to deal with repetitve strain injuries compared to the average US PT's.
