oh man, that STINKS !!

I got turned down my first time through... but with a little perseverance... and a (take a deep breath, dear!) almost two years wait... it finally happened.

just smother 'em in documentation, letters from docs, and reams of symptoms with dates... in other words, BLIZZARD 'em with paperwork!
