I have to make sure to ration carefully and feed the craving right as I get it, but I get chocolate, too. I'd die without it, 'specially around
that time.
My thinking about food has changed a LOT, but it took 2-3 months to really get into the regimen. I just plan, plan, plan, and journal, journal, journal. It works!!
