Hi Jon, I don't care what anybody says but you need your teeth at any age! We need to eat! Nowadays, there are so many more ways of keeping our teeth for as long as we can. I see no reason why we shouldn't. My husband had to have an implant because it was a front tooth and it is extremely important to keep those. Oh, just a bit of info.: he needed some bone graph. Once you have those done, you will be happy you did.
