Momxseven, it sounds like you're describing a bit of spasticity. I've experienced spasticity in the face, and neuropathic pain in the face. The neuropathic pain feels like a sharp pain, like somebody's jabbed you with a pin. Spasticity is when it feels sore and twingy, like a muscle that's been worked too hard.
