Cara first told us about Dr. Kenneth Fine's innovative work, regarding diagnosing gluten sensitivity (&/or casein sensitivity, etc.) in a non-invasive way, with high reliability. He's a gastro doc (MD), who himself has a non-Celiac form of gluten sensitivity. His non-invasive stool sample tests (done by his lab, EnteroLab) are very reliable, and, don't require a prescription!
