This site talked about this also Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD) I think I kind of fit into that dx a little better. It says that people wiht PLMD do not always know they are moving in their sleep. As I understand it people with RLS can not sleep because of leg movement. Going to be actually gives me some relief.
I do have involuntary movements of my toes. That is what makes me wonder about spasms.
OH those side effects! They can sure cause some interesting trouble. If they would throw weight loss in there and loose the gambling they might have a real winning combination!
