I emailed the company and asked them about EVERYTHING being mix together because you did not want to take night time stuff all day and they sent this to me.
Dear Julie,
Yes, we do have some formulas that should not be combined together. The
formulas usually contain sedatives and are linked with anti-stress,
sleeplessness, narcolepsy formulas. All of our formulas ingredients are
mixed and therefore should not be combined.
I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstandings, we will address
