I have this problems too. Spelling, short term memory is worst, Loss of words when I speak, or I say another word than I ment too? Make a good laugh with family who knows, but strangers? embarrasing.

Med's? Maybe, but it started before I got any med's at all. So maybe the stress of pain get too us? i don't know.
