Hello ,

I believe memory loss is due to a combination of many things,
*Medications definitely will cause this in some
*Lack of sleep
*Depression
*Constant pain
*Poor diet
*Lack of keeping the mind active.

What can we do? ---I guess that the first few things are very difficult to change with some of us but I do think that keeping the mind active with problem solving games like crosswords or board games really do help.
How about a game of Scrabble with the kids Ada? We play regularly here and whilst I rarely win anymore, I don't make a fool of myself as I used to.
As far as the diet, I think if we all know what we should and shouldn't eat to get the most for our health, so I won't lecture, but poor diet will certainly impact our memory.
Take care
Tayla
